The Hawks had a three percent chance of getting the first pick before the NBA Draft Lottery, but the numbers went their way. Now, the franchise must analyze what to do, considering they already have superstar-caliber and above-average players on their current roster, such as Trae Young, Dejounte Murray and Jalen Johnson. Risacher, out of France, is one of the best pure scorers in the draft, but he needs to improve his three-point shooting to make a consistent impact at the next level. He also needs to mature on the defensive end, which conspires against the idea of him being an NBA starter from Day 1.
