Raasean Davis    C    North Carolina Central
Davis led the Eagles with 20 points (6-9 FG, 8-9 FT) and 16 rebounds in the loss to North Dakota State on Wednesday in the First Four of the NCAA tournament.

Fantasy Analysis

Davis had 12 double-doubles this season and averaged 14.8 points and 9.1 rebounds. The 6-8 senior topped 20 points eight times and the helped the team win six of their last eight games. He will be missed next season.
Shamorie Ponds    G    St. John's
Ponds scored 25 points (8-20 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 5-7 FT) with four assists and three steals in the loss to Arizona State on Wednesday in the First Four of the NCAA tournament.

Fantasy Analysis

The Red Storm fell behind by 13 points after the first half. The Sun Devils gave St. John's plenty of opportunities to come back, but they just couldn't convert in an ugly second half. Ponds topped 20 points for the first time in the last four games and finished with averages of 19.7 points, 5.1 assists and 2.6 steals.
Mustapha Heron    G    St. John's
Heron supplied just six points (1-12 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 4-7 FT) with two rebounds and two steals before fouling out of the First Four loss to Arizona State in the NCAA tournament on Wednesday.

Fantasy Analysis

Heron had a tough stretch at the end of the season and was held to 10 points or fewer in five of his last six games. He hit just 33.3 percent of his field goals and looked completely out of sync against the Sun Devils. The 6-5 junior dealt just 43 assists in 32 games.
Aaron Thompson    G    Butler
Thompson closed his sophomore season with his first double-double - 11 points (4-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT) and a career-high 12 assists - in the loss to Nebraska in the NIT on Wednesday.

Fantasy Analysis

Thompson led the Bulldogs with 4.3 assists, but only added 6.3 points on 53.2 percent from the field. With Kamar Baldwin and Jordan Tucker likely returning next year, Thompson may not get more shot opportunities. His role as a pass-first point guard should continue, so he could be an improved assist producer.
Jessie Govan    C    Georgetown
Govan led the Hoyas with 25 points (7-15 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 7-9 FT) and four rebounds in the loss to Harvard in the NIT on Wednesday.

Fantasy Analysis

Govan scored at least 20 points in 16 games and had nine double-doubles. He certainly has the size for the next level, but may not have enough quickness. The center amassed 1639 points in his four-year Hoya career.
Naji Marshall    F    Xavier
Marshall amassed 20 points (5-16 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 9-9 FT) and a career-high 21 rebounds in the win over Toledo on Wednesday in the NIT. He added six assists and four steals.

Fantasy Analysis

Marshall continues to struggle from the field (25.0 percent), but he was able to contribute in other areas and was solid from the free-throw line. For the Musketeers to have a good chance to win against Texas in the next round of the NIT, Marshall will have to be more efficient.
Tyrique Jones    F    Xavier
Jones provided 14 points (7-11 FG), eight rebounds and three blocks in the win over Toledo on Wednesday in the NIT.

Fantasy Analysis

Jones had been held to a combined eight points in his previous two games as Zach Hankins took a larger role. The 6-9 junior played 29 minutes and was productive against the Rockets. Xavier moves on to an intriguing game against Texas.
Max Strus    G    DePaul
Strus led the Blue Demons with 33 points (10-17 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 6-6 FT) with six rebounds in the win over Central Michigan in the CBI on Wednesday

Fantasy Analysis

Strus scored at least 30 points for the third time in the last five games. In that span, the 6-6 senior has converted 28 three-pointers and has only missed one free throw (25-of-26). The Blue Demons play Longwood in the next round of the CBI.
Eli Cain    G    DePaul
Cain tallied 20 points (9-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt), seven assists and six rebounds in the win over Central Michigan on Wednesday in the CBI.

Fantasy Analysis

Cain had one of his best shooting games of the season. He has averaged 21.5 points over his last four games and the Blue Demons have eclipsed 100 points twice. DePaul moves on in the CBI to play Longwood.
Lewis Sullivan    F    UAB
Sullivan scored 19 points (7-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-9 FT( with eight rebounds in the loss to Brown on Wednesday in the CBI.

Fantasy Analysis

The 6-7 senior finished his career by scoring in double digits in 11 straight games. He had four double-doubles and averaged 12.3 points in his fifth year with the Blazers and first as a full-time starter.
Frank Howard    G    Syracuse
Howard is out indefinitely after violating a Syracuse athletic department policy, Jeff Borzello of ESPN reports.

Fantasy Analysis

This is a major development for Syracuse roughly 24 hours before it takes the floor for its matchup against Baylor in the NCAA Tournament. There's no word yet on how long Howard's suspension will be in effect if Syracuse advances, and his absence will certainly be felt given that he's started 29 straight games. Tyus Battle will have more on his shoulders with Howard suspended.
Jamuni McNeace    C    Oklahoma
McNeace is dealing with an undisclosed leg injury but is expected to play in a limited fashion Friday against Mississippi, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports.

Fantasy Analysis

McNeace played through an ankle injury for much of the season and suffered another injury on the same leg in the Big 12 Tournament. He should be available Friday against the Rebels but it'll be in a reserve role behind Brady Manek. Matt Freeman could see a slight uptick in minutes depending on how McNeace is feeling.
Corey Davis Jr.    G    Houston
Davis Jr., who is dealing with a strained hip, is feeling good heading into Friday's game against Georgia State, Joseph Duarte of the Houston Chronicle reports. "Been getting a lot of treatment and working out a little bit trying to make sure I'm ready to go. Definitely feel a lot better than I was Sunday," Davis said.

Fantasy Analysis

Houston's leading scorer took an elbow to the hip in Sunday's AAC Championship game against Cincinnati. Fortunately, Davis Jr. is making improvements and seems to be on track to play Friday. His status will be something to monitor in the coming days, however.
Jason Carter    F
Carter has entered the NCAA transfer portal, Jason Arkley of the Athens Messenger reports.

Fantasy Analysis

Carter started all 31 games for Ohio during the 2018-19 season while averaging 16.5 points, 6.7 boards and 2.0 assists per contest. He presumably has one year of eligibility left to his name, though it's possible he could be granted another year thanks to the leg injury that wiped away the majority of his sophomore season in 2017-18.
Zoran Talley    F    Iowa State
Talley remains in concussion protocol ahead of Friday's game against Ohio State, Tommy Birch of the Des Moines Register reports.

Fantasy Analysis

Iowa's frontcourt depth could be an issue if Talley does not clear the protocol before Friday. Talley missed the Big 12 tournament with the injury just after making his first start of the year. If he plays, it'll likely be in a reserve role behind Talen Horton-Tucker.
